naming things

if i ever discover a new pathway, disease sign, or syndrome, i will give it a name that has a mnemonic that spells a real word, and a name that describes exactly what happens in the disease. that way, poor souls studying for the usmle step1 in the future won't have trouble remembering that one. plus, yen's sign sounds silly.
